RETURN POLICY

All returns will be cross checked with the original order placed. Return shipping cost is at buyer’s expense and will not be refunded.  If item is received and is not as described,  you may receive a refund within 7 business days of purchase. You must notify us with a return request within that time and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and mailing address for your return.  If you are outside of the refund period of 7 business days as stated above, you can exchange your item within 14 business days.   If Return Request is not received by 12:00 midnight on the third (7th) day after receipt of the order, for any reason, on the fourth (8^th) day the item is not valid for a refund, at that time the sale is final.  If you wish to simply return the item and receive a store credit then you may do that also. We will gladly issue a online-store credit, valid for use on e-comshopper.com for the price paid for the item , minus the re-turn shipping fee. We value our customers and we will do our very best to make sure you are happy.
